We had a fine stay in Eymet close enough to France as well as Bergerac airport. Had a bath.

I recently stayed at Le Taruquet in Eymet for a week. Elizabeth and Sylvain, the owners, were incredibly helpful and even picked me up from Bergerac and drove me to the airport. They also took me to the Carrefour for groceries and showed me a beautiful walking route. The place is peaceful and has a charming chicken pen. I loved using the washing machine and hanging my clothes outside. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, croissants, and Agen Prune Jam. The separate guest entrance was convenient for coming back late.
I do recommend this hotel.

great value for money, with friendly and helpful hosts Sylvain & Elizabeth. Lovely gardens, pool, and proximity to Eymet town. A perfect location for a wedding. We would happily return.
Lack of private outdoor seating area.

The lounge area in the garage could be improved by adding a small kitchen for convenience. No private outside space available, can feel uncomfortable sitting outside the hosts' home. Lovely breakfast with fresh fruit, croissants, and Agen Prune Jam. Clean accommodation with a separate entrance for guests. Helpful owners who provided transportation and shopping assistance. Quiet location with chickens in the back. Good value for money with great gardens and pool.

Great value for money, lovely gardens, own secured areas, great pool, chickens for waste food, quiet location within walking distance to town. Owners Sylvain and Elizabeth were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, offering airport transfers and driving guests to a grocery store. They made us feel at home and provided a comfortable stay.
Felt very special, no complaints whatsoever.

I got great value for my money at Le Taruquet. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated having my own separate entrance. The location was peaceful and quiet, yet still within walking distance to the town. The staff, Sylvain and Elizabeth, were incredibly helpful, picking me up from the airport and even taking me on a drive to show me a nice walking route. They made me feel right at home.
If I had to improve one thing about the breakfast offerings, it would be to have a wider variety of options. While the fresh fruit, croissants, and bread were delicious, it would have been nice to have some additional choices to cater to different tastes.

A delightful stay in a charming part of France with warm and accommodating hosts. We were impressed by their kindness and helpfulness, from picking us up at the airport to showing us around the area. The peaceful atmosphere and lovely gardens added to the overall experience. The close proximity to Eymet allowed us to enjoy daily walks to town, which was convenient and enjoyable. While the lack of sidewalks at night posed a slight challenge, it was manageable during daylight hours. The value for money was excellent, and we would have gladly paid extra for air conditioning. we highly recommend this place for a pleasant and affordable stay.

This affordable accommodation in a quiet and restful part of France is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts, Elizabeth and Sylvain, are kind and accommodating, and they go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The location is convenient, with a short drive to Bergerac airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious with fresh fruit and croissants. Plus, the added bonus of a pool is a great way to cool off on hot summer days.
The walk back to the town of Eymet after dark can be challenging due to the lack of sidewalks and the limited lighting.

The owners, Elizabeth and Sylvain, were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering me rides to and from the airport and even taking me to the grocery store. The highlight was definitely the beautiful gardens and pool, and I loved seeing the chickens in the back. I also appreciated the separate entrance for guests, allowing me to come and go as I pleased without disturbing anyone.
The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, croissants, and bread, but the food for breakfast could be better if they had a wider variety of options.
